GERMAN PILSNER
We’re excited to roll out Pils (5%), our German Pilsner!
This new recipe features Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Tettnang hops added in both the mash and the whirlpool plus a small measure of Magnum hops. Naturally carbonated via a process called spunding and then layered for close to six weeks, this ones got a strong hop aroma on the nose and a crisp taste.
LOVE IS THE WAY
Available now in the taproom - Love is the Way (7%)!! IPA with Citra and Galaxy hops. Notes of lychee, passionfruit and gooseberry. If you are searching for a path, love is the way.
BARREL AGED STOUT
2024 Tahitian Vanilla Bourbon Barrel Aged Sacred Objects (10%) is an Imperial stout aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for 18 months and conditioned on Tahitian Vanilla Beans for an additional 2 months. Notes of chocolate covered cherry, dark red fruit, fig, molasses and bourbon.
