¡Avanza! Pittsburgh is a vibrant annual celebration & fundraiser closing out Hispanic Heritage Month by honoring the creativity, resilience, and impact of Pittsburgh's Latine entrepreneurs. Now in its third year, Ascender has grown ¡Avanza! into a signature event that brings together entrepreneurs, small business owners, funders, civic leaders, and residents committed to equity, inclusion, and economic mobility.

Emcee’d by Melanie Boyer and hosted at Trace Brewing, ¡Avanza! 2025 will celebrate the winners of Ascender’s Latine Mini-Grants. Ticketed supporters will have access to happy-hour drink tickets, a taco bar from El Sabor, dessert station by Panadería Jazmin, and music into the night from DJ Bamboo. Funds raised at the event support Ascender's Latine Mini-Grants and help ensure the continuation of the program.
