A safe and inclusive space for large scale events, intimate gatherings, or just drinks with friends, the four unique spaces that make up Trace can accommodate almost any sized party, creating a memorable experience for all guests.

Our Spaces

Coolship Room

The perfect room for meetings or dinners for groups of up to 12 seated, the Coolship Room actually doubles as an active beer production space!

The dining room-style table top covers a stainless steel open fermentation vessel that we use 3 to 4 times per year when the outdoor temperature cools to 40º F (or lower).

The room features both heat and AC, electrical outlets, rotating window art by atiya jones and a one-of-a-kind brass chandelier by Tom Greene.

Fireplace Room

Adjacent to the Taproom, the banquette style seating (plus two free standing 4 tops) of our Fireplace Room comfortably seats up to 25 guests.

Per the name, the centerpiece of the room is a wood-burning, mid-century style Malm fireplace that can be lit as the temperature allows. The fireplace is also flanked by three glass garage doors that open out to our Beer Garden. 

Beer Garden

Between the Coolship Room and the Fireplace Room is our outdoor Beer Garden. The Beer Garden features two wood-burning firepits and movable seating for up to 40 guests with a max of 70 standing guests.

Thanks to the flexible nature of our space, the Beer Garden can be added to either a Coolship or Fireplace booking to allow for additional guests or seating.

Taproom

The heart of Trace is the Taproom. With seating for 40 (or 70 standing), the Taproom has no shortage of eye-catching features. From the racks of barrels actively aging beer, to the custom neon, this space leaves an impression. 

Our “cafe” nook greets you at the door before the space opens to the full bar, with the production system on full-display at the back, just behind our “brewer’s rail.”

Additional Details

Decorations are permitted with a few exceptions (nothing hanging on the walls of the Coolship and nothing hanging from the Beer Garden string lights) as long as they are removed or properly disposed of at the end of the event.

A 110” projector and audio equipment including speakers and microphones are also available for use during bookings. Note: The projector is stationed in the brewhouse and can not be used while the brewers are working.
